Whenever you place an order, we have it freshly manufactured for you and shipped out. This is how we aim to stay sustainable.
Each piece that we make is with painstaking efforts and with the contribution of many artisans and our women workforce.
As a company policy, we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold or on any sale (Instagram or using a code). 
Please note, ONLY if required, we will process a size exchange- for this reverse pickup and the repeat courier charges will be borne by the clients only.
Incase your size is not available, in that case a store credit will be issued which can be used for future purchase (this option is only applicable for purchases made at full price).
We request you to please choose the style carefully as don’t exchange the chosen style with another one- as again, your order was initially manufactured only for you. 

We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
Under certain circumstances and solely upto our discretion, we will consider giving you a store credit upon confirming or proving all transaction details of whichever payment gateway you have used. 


  • Why my exchange is not accepted?

Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description and have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed. 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same. Items once sold are not taken back.

  •  Once a KAPRAAHA piece is sold it can only be exchanged for in a bigger or a smaller size (provided sold piece is returned to us in impeccable condition).We will issue a credit note for our customers, only when desired size of the product is not in stock.
  •  Credit note equals the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping cost of to & fro with a validity of 20 days from the date of receipt.
  •  Any pieces purchased during sale, discounts, brought with a coupon codes and gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
  •  Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for size exchange.
  • In case of damaged or wrong product (please share a photo through email/Whatsapp as soon as you receive a package, this information will be deemed invalid if it sent after 24 hours of delivery), please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.
  •  Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  •  Made to order pieces are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
  •  International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  •  The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non- refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pick up facility), as any returned items that is not received by Kapraaha will be treated as not returned.

  • What is the cost of shipping?

This will be calculated at Check out.

  • How long will it take for the order to reach me?

From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-12 days for domestic orders and 12-15 days for international orders to reach you.If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control.We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

  • What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +9191458-50680 or write to us at and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

  • My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • What payment methods does KAPRAAHA allow for international shipping?

You can use all international credit cards to make the payment for your international shipping orders at check out using RazorPay or Paypal


The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.


Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel.We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Kapraaha and accept Kapraaha’s decision regarding the cancellation.


Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.-Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.-Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door. If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery. As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with name of courier company and tracking number, it is the customers' duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can just help them with exact status of order along with its location.
