EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY

 

At Kapraaha, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Every order is freshly manufactured and shipped out, ensuring minimal waste and maximum care.

General Policy

  • No Exchanges/Returns for reasons like dislike of material, color, or style.

  • Color Variations: Slight (10-12%) color differences may occur due to screen resolutions and lighting, which are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

  • Items Once Sold: Cannot be returned or exchanged for another style.

Size Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are permitted only for size adjustments, provided:

    • The item is returned in impeccable, unused condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

    • If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued (valid for 20 days) after deducting to-and-fro shipping costs.

Sale Items

  • Products purchased during sales, with discount codes, or gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

    • Share a photo via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

    • After approval, send the product back with your order number; we will provide a replacement after inspecting the return.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the product:

    • Is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

    • Includes all tags and labels in the original packaging.

  • Made-to-order pieces and international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must bear the cost of return shipping (non-refundable).

  • Please use a traceable courier service, as Kapraaha is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Include your name, address, contact number, email, order ID, and size needed with the return parcel.

1. What is the cost of shipping?

This will be calculated at Check out.

2. How long will it take for the order to reach me?

From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-12 days for domestic orders and 12-15 days for international orders to reach you.If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control.We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

3. What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +9191458-50680 or write to us at info@kapraaha.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

4. My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

5. What payment methods does KAPRAAHA allow for international shipping?

You can use all international credit cards to make the payment for your international shipping orders at check out using RazorPay or Paypal


Customs & Duties 

The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled at Kapraaha’s sole discretion due to:

    • Limitations on product availability.

    • Errors in pricing or product information.

    • Issues identified by our credit and fraud department.

  • If canceled, the customer will be notified, and any charged amount will be refunded to their card. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Kapraaha and accepts Kapraaha’s decision regarding the cancellation

Courier Policy

  • Orders are trackable and insured.

  • If unavailable at delivery, redelivery will be attempted up to 2 times. The courier company will contact you for redelivery.

  • As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with name of courier company and tracking number, it is the customers' duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can just help them with exact status of order along with its location.
